The operator puts the nail into the vibrating plate first, then touch screen starts. The vibrating plate starts to work to transport the nails to the feeding station, corrects the nails through the corrector, and transports them to the direct vibrator after correction. The No. 2 stop nail cylinder(Block 2 cylinder) is lifted, and the nails are sent to the No. 1 stop nail cylinder (Block 1 cylinder) position. A sensor used to identify whether the sutural nail box is put into the tooling fixture or not. When the sutural nail box is put into the tooling fixture, the No. 2 stop nail cylinder falls. The No. 1 stop nail cylinder is lifted to transport the nails to the sutural nail box, and the fed nails box is taken away after the action is completed. When there is no sutural nails box in the fixture, the No. 1 stop nail cylinder presses down, and the No. 2 stop nail cylinder lifts, and the nails are transported to the position of the No. 1 stop nail cylinder. And then the sutural nails box is put into the fixture to start another nails feed cycle, and so on repeatedly.
